i am very proud of myself but there is always that part of me that wants more. i think we all have that and it ends up sabotaging everything. so i'm gonna give myself a pat on the back. i am doing great and there is no end in sight on how much i can lose. just gotta stay positive :)

I think everyone can say that we always want more......especially far out......the weight doesnt melt off like it did the first year and we loose sight of what we have done............keep it up girl.....you are doing great

Oh Nicole, That is great on the weight loss. I am sure you lose the 10 and that is a great goal. Sometimes I think we wish we could lose more weight but it is great that you set a reasonable goal.  I hope you have a safe trip and be careful. Keep up the good work.

The gym gods have denied me again today :0( Stuffy head and some other issues going on so I will rest up today and hopefully all will be gone so I can do my zumba tomorrow night
