Good Morning MD!!

I had a wonderful day off with my little girl yesterday!! I sure would give ANYTHING to be a stay at home Mom with her, she is such a joy. I did sneak in an hour of cardio yesterday but today I am back to my two hour workout.

Today I plan on an hour of the Arc Trainer and the Treadmill, followed by an hour of weight training.

What are you doing today??

today is physical therapy at 5:30....  I can't wait till this is over....

most days YES.  today not so much I'm stiff today.

BUT when i started I could not bend over now I can touch my toes...
the pain is less gone from a 8 or 9 100% to  a 4 or 5 20% of the time....


so it's working.

when i got home last night i didn't do anything :( i know. today my exercise will be cleaning ALOT. i am going to jersey this weekend and have to leave early to avoid the storm so gotta get all my cleaning and house work done beforehand. i think i may have to redo my challenge next month LOLOL. on a positive note, i peed so much yesterday I finally lost weight. now 233.8. that's a total of 8.2 lbs since the new year. not great but not bad either. if i can lose ten lbs a month, i'll be at my goal by the end of the year.

Yay for losing!! Thats Awesome Nic! My goal is 4 lbs a month this year. However I dont seem to be doing so good at that :-/ But like you told me yesterday just throw the scale away and focus on a healthy lifestyle!

If you redo the challenge, ill be on board. They are doing a "Biggest Loser" contest at my gym next month...thinking about joining...well see I guess!

Pump the music up loud and get your groove on while your cleaning!!

thanks sweetie. gotta listen to my own advice and just focus on doing the right thing for my health. the weight will eventually come off. definitely gotta be grooving while i clean ;)

Nicole 8.2 pds is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!! be very proud of yourself girl. I'm gonna add more protein drinks to my day whenever I feel the need to snack....it will be protein drink double scoop!!!!
