Exercise - Jan 27th
Good Morning MD!!
I had a wonderful day off with my little girl yesterday!! I sure would give ANYTHING to be a stay at home Mom with her, she is such a joy. I did sneak in an hour of cardio yesterday but today I am back to my two hour workout.
Today I plan on an hour of the Arc Trainer and the Treadmill, followed by an hour of weight training.

when i got home last night i didn't do anything :( i know. today my exercise will be cleaning ALOT. i am going to jersey this weekend and have to leave early to avoid the storm so gotta get all my cleaning and house work done beforehand. i think i may have to redo my challenge next month LOLOL. on a positive note, i peed so much yesterday I finally lost weight. now 233.8. that's a total of 8.2 lbs since the new year. not great but not bad either. if i can lose ten lbs a month, i'll be at my goal by the end of the year.
Yay for losing!! Thats Awesome Nic! My goal is 4 lbs a month this year. However I dont seem to be doing so good at that :-/ But like you told me yesterday just throw the scale away and focus on a healthy lifestyle!
If you redo the challenge, ill be on board. They are doing a "Biggest Loser" contest at my gym next month...thinking about joining...well see I guess!
