I'm in need of help!!!!
I'm right there with you. I had my surgery 09/07 and have regained about 20lbs. You have already received a lot of great ideas here. For me, I am taking baby steps. I am back in touch with my Nutrionist. She moved to Florida but has been willing to do phone sessions with me weekly. I am back to keeping food logs (even the little morsels are recorded - you'd be surprised, they add up). If you are drinking, slow down or stop. I did. It's extra calories that are just a waste. As for exercise - I just can't do it. I just purchased a pedometer and I'm shooting for 10,000 steps per day. I work near the Towson Mall so I am trying to walk the 3 floors every day at lunch. Like I said, it's baby steps for me. Good luck.
