I am off today, Yay!! I am taking Jordan to check out a preschool for her next year BUT I wanna try and find some time to get some exercise in. There is a class at the gym that I am going to try and make called:

If I don't make it then I may get on the dreaded elliptical...we'll see

Good morning!

I just got home from the gym. I did 20 minutes brisk walking/slow jogging on the treadmill, 30 minutes circuit training, and 10 minutes on the elliptical. If I can walk later, it will be a miracle. :)

that program sounds like fun. let me know how it goes if you do go.

i am using my home gym stuff tonight since i have something to do this evening. my rowing machine kicks freakin ass so i'll be doing that while my dog goes nuts. plus i'll use my ball to do some stomach crunches and stretching. maybe some arm weights as well.

I didnt freakin make it to the class in time ugghh, I totally wanted to do it! Oh well. I ran on the treadmill for a while and tried some interval sprinting. I ran for a 7.8 at one point. Mind you it was only a minute, but dang it I can say I ran at a 7.8!! lol!!

I got on the dreaded Arc Trainer for the first time. Did 15 mins and burned 150 calories in 15 mins. Not sure if that is good or not but my heartrate stayed in the "cardio zone" and I had sweat pouring off me when I was done!!

Last night I burned 1200 calories at the gym and today I burned 470 total. I am hoping all this will produce some results finally.....

Use your ball to do some chest flys, my personal trainer always had me do those, so I guess its good....lol

i don't think i could do more that 6 for a minute. i'd be counting each second like my life depended on it. but maybe in a couple months i'll be in running magazines ;)

haha I had it in "my head" that I was going to do it for a minute and BELIEVE me that last 20 seconds. I was looking at EVERY second as it ticked on the clock...lol I thought for sure I wasn't going to make it but I did!!

I totally wanna be on the cover of runners weekly or something. Well do it together :o)~ lol!!!

I want that "in sprint" shot with my arms and stance looking all athletic...lol

Hoping to make it to my water pilates and aerobics classes -  But Mother Nature
may have other plans LOL  If no pool then treadmill and weightcircuit
