Okay, Shannon, we MUST have your recipe for your "easiest chili ever," so give it UP, girl!!!  LOL!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

S - Cheese sticks

L - Tuna salad with Triscuits

D - Bites of Greek salad, gyro and French fries

S - 1/2 chocolate cupcake

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

S - Cheese sticks

L - Soup

D - ?

Yesterday.....
  B: oatmeal with raisins & almond slivers; made with soy milk & and some added protein
      trop 50 Oj

  S: cheese & apple slices

  L: homemade shrimp & crab veggie soup

  D: 1/2 small baked pork chop, asparagus, and refried beans w/ greek yogurt on top

  S: turkey jerkey

Today......
   B: scrambled egg with cheese
       Trop 50 oj

   S: cheese & raisins

   L: Tuna salad with baby greens, tomatoes, and onions
       cheese & crackers

   D: Grilled scallops & shrimp
        baby salad with almond slivers

   S: SF ice cream

Yesterday -

Pre-B - protein coffee

B - egg beater and cheese in a lc tortilla

L - tuna salad and 4 saltines

D - mexican chicken - although it made me sick...chicken is like playing russian roulette

Today -

B - simply jiff on 1/2 a lc tortilla, 1/4 c. of nsa applesauce

S - pure protein chocolate delight bar (had to boost the protein today)

L - tuna salad on 1/2 a lc tortilla, 1/4 c of nsa applesauce

D - steak, 1/2 a small baked tater, and spinach

Yesterday:

B: 8 oz tea of some sort
    banana

S: 2 squares Cadbury's Dairy Milk mmmm from India, best chocolate EVUR!

L: chicken pasta rollups from Romano's - leftovers tasted even yummier

D: lamb loin chops, fried rice and brussel sprouts

Today:

B: 8 oz tea
    1 cup steak potato soup

S: Nutterz - potato chip coated peanuts

L: I think a Lean Cuisine bbq quesedilla

D: veal with a small side salad

Hmmmm...let's see..

Yesterday:

B - none, busy morning
L - chili w/cheese and greek yogurt
D - meatballs, sauce, mozarella cheese
S - (to make up for no breakfast) greek yogurt/banana protein shake
      pear sauce

90 oz. fluids, 100g protein, all vits minues one calcium dose

Today:

B - none again...ugh!!
L - meatballs, sauce, mozarella cheese
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
D - maybe chili, not sure yet
S - applesauce

Yesterday:

B- 1 bowl of oatmeal made with 2% of milk, splenda & Cinammon 16 oz coffee with splenda & non dairy creamer

L- 2 very thin slices of Ham &  1 slice of American cheese sandwhich on a 1 slice of whole wheat bread

S- 1 string cheese

D- 1/2 baked pork chop with 1/3 cup of au gratan(sp) scalloped potatoes   S- 4 slices of canned peaches

64 oz water and all my vitamins


Today:

B- 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of wheat bread

L- ham & cheese sandwhich on 2 slices of whole wheat bread with a little bit of mayo like a tsp.

D- 1 baked chicken leg with mixed veggies & cous cous (sp)

So far I have had only had 16 ounces of s/f gv apple drink.  I will get to my goal of 64 oz eventually.

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.
