Pre-B - protein coffee
B - egg beater and cheese in a lc tortilla
L - tuna salad and 4 saltines
D - mexican chicken - although it made me sick...chicken is like playing russian roulette
Today -
B - simply jiff on 1/2 a lc tortilla, 1/4 c. of nsa applesauce
S - pure protein chocolate delight bar (had to boost the protein today)
L - tuna salad on 1/2 a lc tortilla, 1/4 c of nsa applesauce
D - steak, 1/2 a small baked tater, and spinach

L: chicken pasta rollups from Romano's - leftovers tasted even yummier

L: I think a Lean Cuisine bbq quesedilla
D: veal with a small side salad

B - none, busy morning
L - chili w/cheese and greek yogurt
D - meatballs, sauce, mozarella cheese
S - (to make up for no breakfast) greek yogurt/banana protein shake
pear sauce
90 oz. fluids, 100g protein, all vits minues one calcium dose
Today:
B - none again...ugh!!
L - meatballs, sauce, mozarella cheese
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
D - maybe chili, not sure yet
S - applesauce
NEXT!!
Yesterday:
B- 1 bowl of oatmeal made with 2% of milk, splenda & Cinammon 16 oz coffee with splenda & non dairy creamer
L- 2 very thin slices of Ham & 1 slice of American cheese sandwhich on a 1 slice of whole wheat bread
S- 1 string cheese
D- 1/2 baked pork chop with 1/3 cup of au gratan(sp) scalloped potatoes S- 4 slices of canned peaches
64 oz water and all my vitamins
Today:
B- 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice of wheat bread
L- ham & cheese sandwhich on 2 slices of whole wheat bread with a little bit of mayo like a tsp.
D- 1 baked chicken leg with mixed veggies & cous cous (sp)
So far I have had only had 16 ounces of s/f gv apple drink. I will get to my goal of 64 oz eventually.
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.
