I tried laying in bed with a whole slew of pillows to make myself a "body pillow" but it did not work. My side just hurt toooooo bad.
I'm finding the best thing is to wear a binder by day, stay on top of my muscle relaxers and use the couch recliner at night. Sucks, but it is what it is for now i guess.

Like I told you privately, many people struggle to get in just 20-30 oz. of fluids their first week, let alone the protein! Keep doing what you're doing!
I know the drain and back pain suck...just keep telling yourself "this too shall pass"! In fact, you'll be saying that alot, so get used to it!!
