Exercise Jan 25th
ok i've been slacking and need to just get a move on. tonight is swimming. i may do some other stuff there before i swim. though i do have a rowing machine at home so i might just jump on that for five minutes before i go to bed. my weight loss has stalled, partly from pms but i've been eating things i shouldn't. today i am back on track and plan on staying there. well until sunday dinner at my parents w/ homemade ravioli. oh yea homemade. i won't eat all day LOLOL.

Good Luck with swimming tonight! I really wish my gym had a pool. I havent been on the scale since the other day, too afraid . I have been working SO hard that if I didnt see a good # I know that I would get discouraged. I am gonna jump on it tonight at the gym and see.....heres hoping for the best. I have maintained my protein levels at 100+ most days so I am hoping that will help!!
