Since taking the weekend off from the gym I am gonna do my strength training tonight with 20 minute cardio on the treadmill....I try to burn at least 300 calories on their and then do my circuit of weights.
I did 30 min on the treadmill at 7am and I will be back on it at 1 and aerobics tonight. Then I will hit the MALL to walk walk walk tonight too!!! I am on a mission to make up for a lazy sicky weekend. LOL
I went to the gym and did 40mins on the recumbant, 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins on the bike, and some circuit training. Oh and 5 mins on the eliptical - my first time trying it out in a long time.. it about killed me LOL. Now I need a foot rub.
