Exercise Jan 25th

Ok MD, it is the start of a new week. Hopefully we will all start it off on the right foot and get moving today!!

Tonight at the gym I am going to do a 2 hour workout which will include an hour of strength training and an hour of kickboxing.

Since taking the weekend off from the gym I am gonna do my strength training tonight with 20 minute cardio on the treadmill....I try to burn at least 300 calories on their and then do my circuit of weights.

Tonight is the one hour reformer pilates class :  If I get there in time I will do the
weight circuit and some treadmill

I did 30 min on the treadmill at 7am and I will be back on it at 1 and aerobics tonight. Then I will hit the MALL to walk walk walk tonight too!!! I am on a mission to make up for a lazy sicky weekend. LOL

I went to the gym and did 40mins on the recumbant, 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins on the bike, and some circuit training.  Oh and 5 mins on the eliptical - my first time trying it out in a long time.. it about killed me LOL.  Now I need a foot rub.
