WOOHOO Girlie!!! And poop on the neysayers!!!! They are either scared themselves or never had a real weight problem! Your success got me thinking that I hadn't checked my BMI for a while. I was still in the obese category the last time I checked and WAHLAAAHHH!! Mine is 29.4 today and that is just overweight!!! WOOOOHOOOO! Yahhhh US!

Heather, This is GREAT news. I am sure you must be so HAPPY !!!!!! We all know this is not the easy way out. It is a tool and must be worked. What you accomplish is up to the individual. You have used your tool and used it well. I say CONGRATS to you !!!
