Mmmm I definitely have to try that crock pot meal. I love mexican stuff and chicken. All of those are my favorites. Sounds so easy and good! I been making the easiest chili lately and I have gotten a few compliments lately on it. I make it once a week since it last me days and its so easy to take to work and then heat a little bowl after the gym at night. Yum!
