A bit frustrated
Sorry your having a hard time. All I can recommend is stay on top of it, and make a pain out of yourself to both the surgeon's office and your insurance company.

Yea, his staff leaves a bit to be desired. I do feel HE is worth it tho.
Do you have the email address of Christine Walsh or Dr S. himself? Start including THEM on your emails, especially Christine. She is the one I contacted when I was tired of dicking around.
i just found her email addy: [email protected] do NOT hesitate to contact her. I got passed back and forth quite a bit between 2 particular staff members and got so fed up that I no longer felt guilty about contacting Chrstine. She's the bariatric Program Manager. You will not be the first, nor the last, to include her in order to get action.
Best wishes!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. At least now I have some other place to get info and another contact. I finally reached someone today and discovered the appeal has been filed but then when I called the insurance company they had no record of it. The office is contacting the insurance company now. I hate to say this but at least I know that I am not the problem but this is an on going issue.
