Hi, I would like to know the name of your doctors office... My office has no clue as to how to get approval

I know that UHC has all the policy info online as well (well my policy did) what they covered what they did not etc etc but I never looked, my docs office found out everything for me in a matter of days. I really had to do no work, sorry I couldnt be of more help.

Lucky you! Don't worry about it, I'll figure it out. Using the website is what started the whole saga to begin with (called the number the website said to re: bariatric surgery, was told I needed to call the main UHC line, did and was told I needed to call the first number... endless loops and all!) My surgeon is very good and they seem to know what to do so I'm probably worrying over nothing.
