Hello, I know there are 2 groups that I am aware of. I am sure there are more. I know there is 1 in Crofton and one that has just started in Prince Frederick. Kelly is the leader for Crofton and that group meets on Monday once a month. The other group is ran by Melissa. Both girls are very nice and I go to the Crofton group which is very nice. I hope others may be able to advise you of something in your area. Good luck.

There is a group thst meets in White Plains on the 3rd Wednesday at 6:30 or 7:00 in SMECO building. I only went once, but need to start to go on a regular basis.
