THURSDAY'S FEED BAG
My scale says I'm down 2 pounds - thank goodness!!!! It's clear to me that for me, staying in a routine is critical - as is avoiding carbs!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
L - Chicken Caesar wrap from Chick Fil-A
D - Pot roast/veggies
Today:
B - Greek yogurt with granola
L - Cheese and apples
D - ?
All my fluids, all my vits!! Next!!
Two pounds! Yay!
Yesterday -
B - nsa peanut butter and nsa strawberry jam on lc tortilla
S - protein shake
L - chicken breast with 2 tbsp mashed potatos and beets
D - ground beef, tomatos and 2 ounces of whole wheat pasta
Today -
B - greek yogurt with cocoa powder and a couple pieces of diced cantaloupe
S - protein shake
L - Morning star farms veggie burger with a thin slice of cheddar, salsa and greek yogurt on lettuce
D - more of the same from last nigh - leftovers baby - ground beef, tomatos and whole wheat pasta

Yesterday:
B, L - IV fluids
D - chicken broth, s/f jello, and watered down crystal light.
Today:
B - 2 small thin pancakes, 2 sausage links, OJ, and 8 oz. milk
L - ? depends on when/if I get discharged.
D - same as lunch
Can't wait to get back to eating normally...I'm so craving protein!
WTG Tia!...I was able to lose 4 of the 10 I gained on the 5DPT.
Yesterday:
B: turkey & cheese rollups
L: mozzarella mushroom Boca patty
D: cheese, mushrooms, and peppers from 2 slices of pizza and small salad (school fundraiser night at the local pizza buffet...EVIL)
S: Atkins Oatmeal Fiber Bar
Today:
B: cottage cheese
L: tuna filet
S: SF chocolate milk
D: maybe chili...we have some in the freezer from a big pot the hubby made.
