My legs are still wobbly!!!!!!! But loved the class!!! Thanks for inviting me.....My turn next week to hurt you......LOL

Tonight is ZUMBA!!!!!!!!!! so 45 minutes of the most fun workout burning 500 calories :0)

be careful you don't hurt yourself doing too much ok?

i am doing stuff at home but not sure yet what. i have a bunch of exercise items that I can use. i don't actually like the wii fit plus game. it doesn't work me out very hard so I'm not using it anymore. I may do the yoga on it some day during the weekend but i need cardio and weight lifting stuff.

And really about the Wii, I kinda really wanted to get one for home but now not sure. I need to do some yoga soon, Havent in a long while!

I just want to say how well everyone is doing with their exercise.  I actually HATE it but know how necessary it is and crave it once I'm cleared to start again...I need a routine and you all are motivating me!

I'll be going to the gym in a bit. I'll be doing 20mins on recumbant bike (high level), 20mins treadmill, and whatever time is left before I have to leave for work, on the circuit. :)

Tonight is 1 hour water pilates then an hour of water Aerobics which kicks my
butt everytime

maybe treadmill or bike if I have time before class
