Exercise Jan 20th
Ok so lets get out there and move today :)
Here is what I am doing today. Tonight I am spending two hours at the gym doing cardio and weights, taking these two classes:
**GROUP GROOVE - NATIONAL PROGRAM

YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even with me fighting a cold I am all about AEROBICS today!! I did 35 min this morning and I am doing more at noon. I need to get my heart rate ah climbing....lol Then I may walk again tonight!!!!! If Wes thinks I am running bleachers with him...................he is CRAZY! ha ha ha
