questions about beef!
No beef restrictions for me and I've been able to eat it (steaks, burgers, roasts) from the beginning. I do my steaks and roasts very rare, which keeps them tender. Ground beef I used 95% lean and it doesn't bother me at all - in fact, I usually add egg beaters to it (for meatloaf or burgers) because it holds it together and boosts the protein. We're having it tonight in chili. I even did beef stew on my mushie phase, after I put it in the food processor.
