then 30 minutes with the personal trainer...

Yep I ran two miles then did an hour kickboxing class

I did:  2 mile on treadmill, 2 mile on stationary bike, weight circuit (7500 lbs.)
then  finished off with a 1 hour reformer pilates class

Yesterday I did:

30 minutes of rhythm kung fu (advanced) on Wii Fit Plus
15 minutes of rhythim boxing (advanced) on Wii Fit Plus
30 minutes of walking

Today, I did the lower body workout from the biggest loser.  Ouch.
