Yes....another protein question
Long story short.....surgery was 6 months ago....my labs were good this time, but I NEED & WANT to get in more protein.
I do know the basics, but does anyone here have some GOOD recipes for protein that I may have missed?
I am tired of shakes & ricotta! LOL

Go to theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com. She had gastric bypass and has tons of recipes all which are high in protein. I've tried a bunch or her recipes and haven't tried one I didn't like yet.
i eat alot of cheese but i also experiment w/ different recipes. do you cook at all? that may be the answer. it's actually ok and good for you to eat some fat. in fact i couldn't live w/out it.
last night this is what i made and it is good and so tasty. Look for the chicken roulades. the only thing i didn't like was the roasted peppers. you might want to omit those. also, i would cook it at a higher temp, maybe 375 or cook it longer. make sure the whole thing is very hot. i also made the Spanakopita Burgers which were very good. having them for lunch today.
