Zumba and Cycling
So if you have never tried these classes, They are a MUST!!! I joined an 8 week challenge at my gym and one of the rules is we have to take a class atleast once a week and my trainer told me to try these 2, I looked at her like she was crazy...................LOL
Well I took the beginner's class of cycling and WOW I loved it and this morning was Zumba and WOW I loved it..................so if you have access to these classes at your gym, TRY them......Zumba burns 500 calories and cycling I think is the same, They didn't say but I will ask and find out

I am Crazy!! LOL These classes SCARED me just the thought of them and doing this challenge at my gym we have to take a class a week and have it signed off on, This is truly a blessing for me and has gotten my butt to the gym Last Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and today. So I am on a roll to get this scale moving down again :0)

I'm a little late because I'm going through catching up, but wanted to jump on to say I just tried Zumba, spinning, Pilates and yoga and I love them all. Zumba is a blast and so is the spinning. Granted, my butt hurt for days after the cycling, but it's such fun to try something new AND ACTUALLY LIKE IT!!
