TUESDAY'S FEED BAG
Thank goodness for slow cookers!!! We have a huge roast and veggies in ours right now and the house smells heavenly!!!
Yesterday:
B - Protein coffee
Pbj/banana on double protein bread
L - Bread cheese
apple
D - Meatloaf
Green beans
Parslied potatoes
S - Popcorn
Today:
B - Protein coffee
Weight control oatmeal with granola
L - ?
D - Pot roast
veggies
All my vits, all my fluids!

Yesterday:
B- 2 boiled eggs my cup of coffee 6 slices of canned peaches
S- strawberry yogurt cereal bar
L- beef stew with rice. (1/2 cup of beef stew with 3 tablespoons of white rice)
S-8 baby carrots with a 1 1/2 tbsp of ranch dressing
D- 3/4 cup of homemade chili with a small square of corn bread.
At night time I felt like I wanted to crunch on something so I had 2 handfuls of Honey bunches of oates. (Cinnamon flavor) 90 oz of fluids all my vitamins and I walked for 45 minutes.
Today:
B- 1/2 cup of cream of wheat 1 slice of thin honey ham and 1 slice of American cheese
S- 1 protein shake make with 8 oz of 2% milk
L- 3/4 cup of chili with a small square of corn bread
That's all I know for now.... lol I hope you are all having a great day making wonderful healthy eating choices.
