Hmmmmm...........was in a lot of pain on Friday, so I'll post what I ate yesterday.

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Oatmeal with granola and cranberries

L - Tomato/orzo soup with chickpeas

D - 1/2 roast beef sandwich with horseradish cheese on 
       double protein bread

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Bread cheese

L - ?

D - ?

All my fluids, all my vits!

Hey girl!  Let's see...yesterday...hmmm...

Pre-B - protein coffee

B - 1 egg, 1 turkey sausage and a 2" strawberry pancake (of which I hate half)

L - Low Carb tortilla topped with fresh tomato, oregano and feta

D - turkey meatloaf and a small slice of potato.

Today - hmmmm...up in the air

Pre-B - greek yogurt protein shake

B ?

L ?

D ?

Going out to lunch with Mom - dinner will probably be half of my lunch, and I'm thinking crab cake.

Wow......yesterday.....
  
    B: Oatmeal with added protein
    L: 15 bean soup & a small salad
    D: a few slices of extra sharp cheddar cheese
        2 slices of roast beef
        lettuce & tomatoes
    S: turket jerkey

Today:
     B: Cream of wheat with cranberries & added protein
     S: protein shake
     L: topping of a slice of pizza
         protein shake
     D: grilled chicken salad w/ feta cheese & FF dressing
     S: SF ice cream

All my fluids & vits.....and more protein!

Well let's see... I guess I've had:

20 oz water
12 oz 1% milk
8 oz chicken broth
protein shake
working on 1/2 cup cottage cheese and more water.

B: Baked egg cup
L: Mushroom Mozzarella Boca Patty
S: Hard Boiled Egg
D: Herbed scallops & steamed mussels
All fluids & Vits

Today...Day 5

B:Scrambled egg w/ricotta
L: Tuna Parmesan Patty
D: Chicken something or other, haven't decided how to make it yet
