Does anyone see IRON on here??  They were supposed to test it, but I don't see it. I KNOW I am anemic.

AST  45 - HIGH
ALT  69 - HIGH
POTASSIUM 3.4 - LOW
GFR 58 - LOW
HDL 35 - LOW
RDW 15.4 HIGH
EOSINOPHILS 7.4 - HIGH
TSH .08 - LOW
FREE T3 2.47 - LOW
B12 1276 - HIGH
VIT D 36 - LOW

Are there any that really stand out that I should be concerned about?  Doc has not changed any of my meds!! I'm a little worried about that. I'm wondering about getting a Vitamin D shot. Where can that be done?

No iron here, may need the prescription strenghth Vit D thats what they gave me. Looks like your thyroid is low, eos could be allergies making that high.  HDL is cholesterol and GFR, kidneys, AST, ALT Liver enz.

Low HDL is a good thing then, right??

I have hypoparathyroidism, so it's already hard for my body to absorb Vitamin D.  The syntethic prescription form I take only comes in capsules. I wonder if my stomach can break them down.

You want low LDL and high HDL.

I found some gummy vitamin d3 at Walmart...

you can open the capsule and sprinkle it on a spoonful of applesauce or yogurt

I wish I could, Nessa. But, I know how the stuff tastes. I've been taking the meds since I was 6 years old and used to be afraid to swallow them. It's the worst thing I've ever tasted! Good idea though! lol

Lisa I don't see the iron either. Your Potassium is low and your V-d is low too. My doc did my blood and my D was 13 she gave me a prescription but told me to get V-D at Trader Joes and take 4 or 5 a day as well. I also have purchased V-D from Now foods online. They told me to make sure you get the V-D that says as Cholecaloferol. She told me that this is absorbed better than the V-d that begins with a long E word. I am not a doc but just letting you know. You need that V-D badly. Lack of D causes so much. Hope this helps.

My results were almost the same in November honey and my surgeon put me on prescription Vit D so they may do that for you. Are you getting enough protein in?

Vitamin D3 also comes in drops.  I got mine from the Vitatmin Shoppe.  They can be put in drinks.  I put mine in my protein drink and I never taste it.  It is in the form of cholecalciferol.  5 drops equal 5000 IU.  I was on a presciption first and then I started with the drops.
