FRIDAY FEED BAG
Just realized this wasn't up yet...sorry for not noticing sooner!
Yesterday:
B - Protein Chai Latte
S - protein bar
L - meatloaf and green beans
S - greek yogurt
2 lorna doone cookies
D - chicken enchilada bake
a few tortilla chips
90 oz. fluids, 107g protein, all my vits
Today:
B - Protein Chai Latte
S - lemon poppyseed scone (homemade...YUMMO)
L - chicken enchilada bake
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake
D - not sure, going to a tastefully simple party
NEXT!!

So, I've learned a little lesson about vacation...apparently, I forget to eat lunch. This is the 2nd day i've forgotten. Luckily, I didn't overeat at dinner, but now I've got to have a protein shake tonight to make up for my serious lack of protein.
Yesterday -
Pre - B - Protein coffee
B - eggwhite wrap
L - nada
D - turkey meatloaf and 1/4 of a potato
Today
B - eggwhite omlette
L - nada (sigh)
D - salad topped with crab meat, shrimp, feta and avacado
After dinner - protein shake
Both days, all my fluid and all my vits.
