To everyone - I really intended to respond to every response to my post - if for no other reason thant to thank each and everyone of you for your support - and I ran out of steam.  It brings a great measure of confidence to my journey, just knowing that you are all out here if I get myself into a bind or need an answer to something I am confused about.  I am feeling so good about this journey so far that I want to sing out to anyone even considering it "YOU CAN DO IT!"

And we can, each and every one of us - especially if we work together supporting one another.

i think you can thank your speedy recovery to our wonderful surgeon. i am truly happy to hear about your non scale victories. and yes scale victories are awesome too. you seem to be doing a wonderful job taking care of yourself and still taking care of your family. kudos to you and good luck w/ the next month surgerversary.
