Thank you for the kind words Julie - My wife always tells me I am the woman in the relationship - I think she means it in a good way, lol.

Russel, this is great. I can tell you that your wife is a lucky woman to have a man that can express himself. I wish you continued sucess.....

Russel,

What an uplifting post to read in the morning.  I'm smiling as I relate to your happiness about not taking meds - WOO HOO!  Way to go guy!  Keep up the fantastic way you are thinking and the great progress you are making.

Russ,

Congrats!!!!!!
Reading your post and others like it is what keeps me going !  It helps knowing that we aren't alone in the journey and most everyone that has had the WLS can "get" what your saying.  I'm still struggling with my liquids but it's nice to know it can be done and you lost a fantastic amount of weight in that time.  Keep posting. It inspires those of us behind you.

Ah come on Kelly we're so close together in dates, you're hardly "Behind" me.  I do believe that in most everything in life, attitude is part of the battle.  I know I have been inspired by so much I've experienced here that to give back even a little means a whole bunch to me

Awe, Russell 3 weeks is a long time in this world. I just think how the last two have gone and what possibly can change for me in the next three. Either way, it is inspiring to see how well you are doing.
