3 THINGS FOR TGIF! - UPDATED
Ok so I'll buy a 6 pack of Hershey bars and have at it ok?? LOL
I will NOT back out because I know this is the best thing for me, but I can't help but play that stupid friggin "what if" game. I have yet to find one person who has regretted their VSG (first few days excluded of course.) I know this is the best chance I have of living a long, healthy life.... I'm just being "stupid" if you will.

Good morning sweetie! I'm so excited for your new car!!!! I just made the first payment on Miss Y-vonne...I think I own a headlight now...LOL
Yesterday was a rough day for me...my bestie is really struggling - rough pregnancy, hubby is sick and needs brain surgery, they have no money, and nothing for themselves or the baby...I'm gonna have to get to work buying my new baby the things he/she will need...and make sure my bestie has everything she is going to need to make this year as comfortable as I possible can for her. She's like my sister, and it breaks my heart to see such good people, such wonderful parents, and such beautiful children suffer so.
Here are mine -
1. My good friends who rally around and have created such a wonderful loving web of support...you guys know that I love you all hard...
2. My bestie - in the midst of all her hardship, she is so looking forward to her little miracle...I can't wait to be an "aunt" again.
3. Date day with my hubby. Nuff said.
4. My Wii - I've been kicking butt getting some exercise done.
LY guys hard....and if anyone has any baby things they no longer need, please please please let me know...she wants to wait to find out the sex, but I know I can get together some unisex necessities ahead of time. You have no idea how much this woman and her family mean to me.

Aw, B, I'm so sorry for your bestie. I'll be on the lookout for stuff she can use. In the meantime, Freecycle is a great resource, and I've seen LOTS of baby stuff on there.
Yeah, the rallying has been sooooo encouraging, hasn't it? Makes a day much brighter knowing people have your back and know and love the true you.

I'm already on top of freecycle...it just makes me so sad to see them suffer. Her husband posted to FB this morning that he feels like a bad daddy because he can't take care of his babies...makes me want to cry. He's such a wonderful daddy...he can't help being in constant pain. But I know they will get through this, and I'll do everything I can to help.
And you guys have been wonderful this week!!! MAUH!! *airkissies* all around!

Cira - prayers going out to Gino's family and all of the other survivors in Haiti!
Today, I'm grateful...
1. For my warmy, warmy furbabies. I turned our heat down to conserve energy in hopes of having a lower power bill next month. They snuggle up so close that I don't need extra blankets!
2. That I get to spend some time with my sister this evening. I decided to go to the Tastefully Simple party that she is hosting today.
3. That the silver lining of all the travel I've been doing is some extra money to pay for all of the vet bills I've been incurring of late. Bruce is there now waiting to have his prostate x-rayed in the neverending quest to find out why he's incontinent. Think good thoughts!

They are checking to see if it's enlarged. It shouldn't be because he's neutered, but if it is, it could be the cause of his pee pee issues.
MEANWHILE, less than two weeks ago, both he and Brie were checked for infections and nada. When I got home from taking Bruce, there's a puddle on the floor which was obviously from a girl. What do I see in it? Blood...good grief, these chronic UTI's are ridiculous. I'm bringing a sample in when I pick up Bruce, but I think they need to do more testing on her too!!! She may have kidney disease...UGH!!!
