Last night I did an hour of walking and noodle work, an hour of water pilates

and finished off with an hour of Water Aerobics and yes I was waterlogged

and shriveled up when I left the gym at 9:15

I wish my gym had a pool I LOVE water aerobics!

Last night I tried to rest and recover so nothing but streching for me (thanks for the idea Nic)

But tonight I am back to the gym for some more running. I will prob just do two miles tonight and then work on my arms and abs some.

sadly my trainer had to cancel last night and I stayed to work credit at work.. so my plans fell through.

3 hours in the pool... wow Darla you're kicking butt!  you go girl.

I did about 90 minutes at the gym yesterday morning...treadmill, bike, and then did some arms and legs work.

I did a 15 minute mile this morning and will the same tonight when I wake up, althought I'm gonna shoot for 2 miles.

Thats awesome Brandi!! I am working REALLY hard to get to a 10 min mile. I run about an 11 min mile but I just can do a 10 min mile yet. But thats like a mini goal for now. Right now I am trying to run for distance so I am just happy I am up to about 3 miles, wohoo!! :-)

I've been doing 20 minutes of treadmill and 30 mins circuit training  (although ill advised by my doctor til my iron is back up to normal).

 Awesome!!! For me last night I just did 100 ab crunches and 4 miles on the treadmill and that about killed me ;o)~
