I love "bambi burgers" and venision chili.  part of what we do is mix it 50/50 with ground beef and because venison is so lean we don't need to worry about 97% expensive ground beef

The last thing I cooked in mine was mexican chicken....
   Place chicken breasts in the bottom of pot
   cover with taco seasoning
   cover with refried beans
   cover with salsa
   let cook all day
   about an hour before removing, put a block of cream cheese on top & let melt.
   serve with lettuce, tomato, onions, guacamole, or anything else your heart desires! Its Yummy!!!!

I also love doing roasts.....
   put in roast
   add onions, carrots, and potatoes {if you do taters!}
   sprinkle with various seasonings
   pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over that
   then dump a packet of onion soup mix over that
   cook all day!

ALSO......
   brown & drain turkey burger.
   add to pot & mix in a jar of thick & chunky salsa & a bottle of bbq sauce. Let simmer on ow all day.....makes DELISH sloppy joes!

Ok folks keep these ideas going!!!!!

Just threw a bolognese sauce in mine this morning.  Plan on making some Dreamfields spaghetti to go with it.

Good thread, Nessa.

I made boneless chicken breasts

Boneless chicken breasts
Cream cheese (whole block)
Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Cream of chicken soup
Added peas toward the end

You mix the cream cheese, dressing, soup and maybe add a little milk if needed.  Pour over your chicken breasts and cook on low for several hours.

YUMMY!
