Not fatty at all, it was actually very rich which is why it tasted so good.

I'm with April.....All my crockpot has seen is meatballs from me! Oh wel my hubby made a roast in it for an advent dinner one year but he was the cook!

I didnt say that was ALL my crockpat had seen just the LAST thing I made. LOL I am handy with my crockpot my FAVE is Salsa Chicken!

1 1/2 lbs chicken
1 packet 40% reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Salsa

Cook on low 4 -6 hours. Take out and stir in 1 cup sour cream (or I use plain greek yogurt) It is DELISH!!

I usually make some black beans to go with it and yum yum and full of protein :)

Mexican Pork Stew which was delicious and freezes great. Full of protein too.
