Exercise this week
I really need to be more accountable about my exercise so once again I think
an exercise thread will help me.
Monday : 1 hour reformer Pilates class
Tuesday 30 minutes treadmill ( 1.5 miles) leg work on weights, 1 hours Water pilates
followed up by 1 hour Water aerobics
Wednesday 3 games bowling
So what have you done this week - come on everyone lets encourage each other to
keep on the exercise track!

Darla what a wonderful thread to start.........
I started my 8 week challenge at my gym this week so Tuesday night was 60 minutes with the trainer and OMG she worked me, I used to go to a trainer 2x's a week and had to stop for financial reasons so my exercise was dwindling down........
Then the holidays came and my grandfather passed away so life was put on hold for a bit.
So....Tuesday 60 minutes of strength training
Wednesday - 50 minutes on the treadmill
Tonight none, I have my Relay for life kick off party
Friday will be my strenght training
Saturday I am taking a begginers cycle class (was told my butt will hurt for a few days but I think I can do it)
Sunday......well see how I feel and I may just do strenght or take the day to relax before The pouch Party
Then start all over again Monday :0)

Darla, you are doing a wonderful job with your exercise program. You are so lucky. Congrats and keep up the great work. I need to exercise as well but broken ankle had side tracked me. Once doctor has released me I plan to do water areobics and walking. Super job Darla. I you and your continued effort.

If I did one hour of Pilates I would be DEAD! lol The treadmill I can do I LOVE THAT...... but Pilates? NOT ME!! YOU GO GIRL!!!! I run 3 times a week and do the treadmill for 30 min a day EVERY SINGLE DAY which is not always as easy as it sounds. When the warm weather comes back I am sure I will be running more too. I have to start lifting more weights to get rid of my bat wings too! lol
Hi Darla,
One of my New Year's goals is to start to be a regular exerciser. I did well for a while after surgery but with all of my travel, it's gone by the way side for the most part.
Today, I got back on the wagon and did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I plan to do that everyday from now on and will add other things, such as strength training and toning, in as well.
