First I want to say thanks to everyone for all the support.  I have decided to start the 5 Day Pouch Test today.  Hopefully this will break the sweets/carbs cravings and allow me to get back on track.  I just renewed my gym membership also so I can get back to exercising.  I'll keep everyone posted.

 GOOD LUCK HONEY!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!! These 5 days will seem like they drag on but once its done I heard you will feel 100 times better and your pouch will be smaller WOO HOO!!!! We are here for you!!!

Sandi that is great on renewing your gym membership! It is what we need to help lose and maintain our weight loss. I did the 5 day pouch test about 2 years ago and lost 3 pounds on it, only problem was the carbs came back........You have to do Day 5 for the rest of your life is what they say.......................So good luck and keep us posted :0)
