THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL  LADY!!!! I tell you what I mix 2 scoops(52g protein) choc Super Advanced Whey Protein (Wal*Mart) in with my coffee and then pump two pumps of the Peppermint Paddy sugar free syrup in with it and OMG!! OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!! Its soooooooooooooo YUMMY you would NOT even know you had protein powder in it. I can give you a bottle of the syrup. ;o) I swear it will taste like your drinking a fancy rich hot choc drink. Yum Yum Yum!!!

That's AWESOME!  I find that the more protein I can get in the better my weight-loss and the better I feel.  7 Pounds is fantastic!!!  Great job.

I know this question has been asked a hundred times but how do you put protein powder in your coffee, isn't it lumpy and yucky?  Everytime I've done it takes disgusting and I can't drink it.

Way to go Jilly.  Like you I've been stalled for months but finally moved a few pounds over the holidays.  I'm happy where I'm at but would like to get rid of at least 10 more if not 20  more lbs.

Woman last time I checked you were SUPER HOT ALREADY!  Where do you need to lose 20 more pounds?? YOU LOOK AMAZING!!!
                                 And as for the coffee....I have never had the lumps...ewww I would barf if I did. lol What you have to do is make the coffee first add the creamer and whatever else you add to it and THEN you add the protein because it has to be warm NOT HOT. It will clump if its too hot. After I add my sugar free creamer THEN I add one or two scoops of my Whey powder to it and stir it good. No lumps at all and cant even taste protein powder in there honey. (((Hugs)))

Congrats on the success!  I have seen many WLS patients thrive on keeping protein shakes in their diet.  As long as it ain't broke, don't fix it. :)

 ITA!!!!! I know I want to get back to having one atleast once a day. I love how fast it burns fat. And it gives me more energy. lol I need that more then anything! ;o)~
