Oh Jilly, that's so FANTASTIC!  CONGRATULATIONS on how well you've done.  You're a true INSPIRATION to the rest of us!  I recently switched from Syntrax Nectar, $31.00/2 lb. can 23 g. protein, to Walmart  $14.00, 2 lb. can, 26 g. protein, and love it!  I put the scoop of chocolate in my morning coffee and cookies n cream in a noon shake!  YUMMY, like you said!  Do you use 1 or 2 scoops, each time?  I work out in the pool, 5 days a week, which comes to 3000 crunches/week, in addition to water jogging, jumping jacks and snow skiing.  I'm also sneaking it in my husbands coffee.  Gonna start him on eggbeaters omelets instead of regular eggs.  What he doesn't know will only HELP HIM!  Jilly, PM me, let me know where in Pasadena, you are.  My son is building a loghome, on Woods Rd., and I'm in the area lots!  I lived in Lake Shore and taught Lamaze, for 25 yrs.

I am finding that when I keep my protien around 100 g a day I feel better. I have more energy  and I lose better...

so I have a protein latte every morning for 26-32 gr of protein depending on how much milk I use
then I have a second scoop of protein powder mixed with my greek yogurt and fruit with nuts.
so that's another omg 38 g of protein...  it's awesome.

My doctor has NO Problem with my having 2-3 protein drinks per day... cause I'm eating too...

oh hush.  sadly bri's shirt last night was too big on him and you couldn't really see just how great he is doing.  He's just about ready to try some of Mike's 48!   and Saturday won't be better cause he'll have his JERSEY ON....  I'll make him wear his black one... so we can all match.   LOL

The Body Fortress stuff from Walmart is great.  and the syrups really help.

Kelly,

If you don't mind powder, Champion has a strawberry whey protein, it tastes just like Strawberry Quick when you use milk.  I have only been able to find this flavor on-line though.
