Okay, what's everyone eating?  I've been off schedule since I've been home, but still trying to hold it together!

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Feta quiche

L - Pb/j on double protein bread (made by Arnold, it has 7 g of protein in each slice)

D - Italian lentil soup

S - Christmas cookies (BE GONE!!!)

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Feta quiche

L - ?

D - Shepherd's pie (hint:  I added Greek yogurt to the mashed potatoes as I was whipping them for an added protein boost!!!)

All my fluids, all my vits!

I'm so tired I barely remember what I ate yesterday...I know today's though...

Pre-B - protein coffee

B - Greek yogurt with strawberries and a smidge of bran cereal (gotta stay regular, dontchaknow)

L - ham and cheese wrap (of which I'll probably eat half) with cucumber dip

D - steak (the steaks we were supposed to have last night) and brocolli cheddar gratin

Looking good!!!  I'm so glad you haven't really had any problems with anything.  But then, I know you were a well informed, educated patient.  Good for you!!!

I've decided to start planning my meals for the week again and then do my grocery shopping.  I was supposed to make meatloaf last night but didn't get home until after 7...UGH!  Will be making it tonight.

Yesterday:

B - Protein Chai Latte
L - tuna sandwich and baked lays (work provided)
S - raisin and spice oatmeal
S - turkey jerky
D - pork pot stickers
S - greek yogurt/strawberry protein shake

80 oz. fluids, 107g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - Protein Chai Latte
L - Fried pork/chicken TVP (YUM)
S - protein bar
S - greek yogurt
D - meatloaf and green beans

NEXT!!!

B - South Beach Diet protein bar

L - Wendy's chili (cheap & delish)

S - Pepper jack cheese stick

D - Spaghetti sauce mixture w/green peppers, onions, mushrooms, turkey pepperoni & ground turkey topped with mozzarella cheese (thanks to Boxer Heather)

S - SF popsicles while watching the Caps game

and a one mile walk after dinner.
