Morning all..how is everyone doing with their eating?

Yesterday:

Pre-B - Protein Chai Latte
B - scrambled egg w/spinach and cheese
      1/2 bagel
L - spaghetti sauce w/cheese
S - 2 choc chip cookies
D - 2 pieces of thin crust cheese pizza

76 oz. fluids, 68g protein, all my vits

Today:

B - Protein Chai Latte
L - not sure, being provided during a training event
S - turkey jerky
S - greek yogurt w/baked apples
D - meatloaf, I think

NEXT!!!

Now you have me craving sauce & cheese ... add some green peppers, mushrooms & pepperonis!  Sounds like dinner to me.

Mmmm...my sauce has italian sausage, diced tomatoes, and onions.  I would put a ton of mushrooms in to but hubby doesn't care for them.

Yesterday-

Pre-b - protein coffee

B - 1/4 c. of egg beaters scrambled with mushroom in a whole wheat low carb torilla wrap

L - turkey and black bean chili

D - pork roast, spinnach with pine nuts, and 1/3 of a baked potato (the dog got half of that!)

all my fluids, all my vits

Today
Pre-b - protein coffee

B - same as yesterday - 1/4 c of egg beateres with low carb tortilla wrap

L - pork roast and spinnach

D - top sirloin with broccoli and cheese gratin
