Walmart is the place for me...My surgeon tells me what I need to take and the amounts, and I'm off to Walmart. It's cheaper, no shipping cost, and my blood work has been great and I feel amazing.

I get my Syntrax Nectar protein powder from The Vitamin Shoppe
I get my B12 Sublinguals from Walmart
I get my Body Fortress Protein Powder from Walmart
I get my Caramel and Vanilla Syrups from Starbucks
I get all my other syrups from Cappucino connection by ordering either on the phone or online
