Hi all!

Could you all do me a super huge favor and reply to this thread (or PM me) with a list of places and websites where you buy all of your post bariatric surgery needs (vitamins, protein, minerals, snacks, etc.) please? If you could, tell me exactly what you buy and where. I see a lot of posts that break down a few things here and there, but not all in one place. I know this is quite a big favor to ask, but I was hoping to get a big response and then do some comparative shopping.

Thank you so much! I sooooooo appreciate this!!!

I've actually just realized there is a diet and nutrition forum on here that has a lot of this info (of course) and some reviews. I'd still like to hear from you though...

I usually just do a broad search until I find what I want at the price I want. :)  Sorry I'm not very helpful lol.

I'm on auto delivery where they don't charge shipping if you sign up for it.  Bariatricadvantage.com.  I take the BA complete multi formula chewable Berry, and BA calcium citrate lozenges Chocolate.  This way when the weather is bad, I always have my vitamins and don't have to worry about driving over to the weight loss center to purchase them.  The sublingual B12 and Biotin I get a Walmart, I just keep those stocked up.  Hope this helps.

Honestly, I get all my stuff at Walmart...I buy the myoplex EAS shakes (they have them at Target too) and I buy my magnesium, b12, iron and calcium at Walmart.  I get my vitamins at BJs because they are cheaper.  I follow my surgeon's guidelines for how much i should take.

I'm the same as you....Walmart is the place for me too. I compared everything with websites that sell special stuff just for us...but everything was the same for 1/2 the price...

Hey Laura - I buy most of my stuff at bariatricchoice.com.  They have everything you want and need from vitatmins to foods.  I take the BA multivitamin, tropical flavor.  I take their wonderlife, B12, iron and Calcium pills.  Esp their calcium, I went through tons of other calciums but had a hard time taking the taste of them, but these are just little white pills you swallow with no flavor so they work wonderful for me.  Bcomplex, and Biotin you can get anywhere.

In the beginning I lived on the protein water packets here on this site because I had a hard time getting my protein in.

Good luck!
