Shady Grove
Sorry, don' t know anyone that's had WLS at Shady Grove - but I lived in Gaithersburg for over 25 years. So I know several that have been admitted there and my great-aunt passed away there couple of years ago (she was 94 though.)
The ER seems the same as any other, but I've only heard complaints about the hospital wards. (But then, who likes being in the hospital???) Keep doing your research and get more answers to your questions and concerns.
