What's everyone eating? It's supposed to be realllllly cold this weekend, so I'll be using the oven a LOT!  Not sure what's on the menu, though?  Anyone have any ideas?

Yesterday:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

L - Cheese and crackers
      Banana

S - Popcorn

D - 2 Meximelts

Today:

B - Greek yogurt with granola

L - Chicken salad
      Triscuits

D - Out with a friend

All my fluids, all my vits!

Tia..... my friend made this awesome chicken while I was in OC....its pretty simple....take some fresh spinach, fresh sliced 'shrooms, half a container of the fresh tomato,cilantro stuff {is it piccadilli???}, and some shredded swiss cheese, and mix it up. Then take chicken breast & flatten it down and place teh spinach misture on top & bke till done. Serve with a fresh spinach salad! Its an awesome meal!

Yesterday
:

B: oatmeal w/ a scoop of almonds

L: shrimp salad on a bed of spinach

S; yogurt

D;  small piece of liver, some grilled 'shrooms & onions, and a small salad

Today:

B: yogurt with added protein

L: protien shake and almonds

S: a few crackers with turkey pepperoni & cheese

D: grilled scallop & shrimp skewers with veggies


All my fluids & vits too!

Oh, that sounds yum!!!  I know you said you ate really well when you were with your friend!!  She sounds like an awesome cook!

It's good that you like liver - high in iron, as are leafy greens and beets.  BTDT!!!

S -  Cheese stick

D - Pot roast with veggies

S - SF Popsicles (x2)  I am addicted to these things.  It's my new cigarette!
      Orange spiced tea

Today:

B - Turkey sausage link

S - Protein bar

L - Lentil soup

S - Cheese stick

D - Left over pot roast & veggies

 Ill jump in even though Im pre-op...  No food porn here, I guarantee.

B- protein shake
S- coffee with FF creamer
L- FF yogurt, cucumber w/RF Caesar, clementine, 5 RF Ritz crackers
S- Fiber One bar
D- not sure yet.  Something with salmon since that what I thawed out.  Probably baked salmon with asparagus and baked sweet potato.

B - skim milk
     2 sausage patties
L - Subway philly cheesesteak on flatbread w/veggies
S - protein bar
S - junior mints..ugh!
D - salmon and roasted veggies
      reduced fat cheezits

74 oz. fluids, 80ish g. protein, all my vits
