Weightloss slowing down

My 1 month surgiversary was 1/3. I've lost about 43lbs in just a month. But the past few days I've been stuck at the same weight. I think my body has finally caught up to speed lol.

I am still struggling to get in all of my water and protein. Grrrr. All I eat is protein and nothing else, but I just can't get enough in. Makes me wonder just how small he made my pouch.  It also makes me wonder if my body is holding onto the fat since I'm not eating enough.  Although I can also tell that I've lost inches - especially in my butt and belly.

I joined Planet Fitness today and have arranged with daycare and work so that I will have a full hour every day to work out. My daycare provider jokingly told me she was going to charge me $20 for every day I make an excuse not to go to the gym LOL.

I'm hoping between working out and letting my body make it's adjustments, I will start losing again real soon.    I've heard that many other**** the wall around this time, so I'm not discouraged!  I am very happy with my progress so far!

Lisa,
You had a fantastic 1st month. You really lost a lot and the body sometimes needs to catch up. I am sure your pouch is perfect, you want it small like that now, as time goes by it gets a little bigger. Whenever you hit a stall they say it's time to re-up! This means, up your protein and up your exercise! If you are having trouble eating all your protein, you can always drink a couple of shakes. I know you must miss them! The most important message here is ; NOT TO WORRY! you are doing a wonderful job!! I am happy that you are happy! I know you love your sleeve!  LOL  Stay happy, Leslie:)

Honey when you hit a stall like that you can bet that your losing INCHES!!! Every time I was slowing down with the actual weight loss it was because I was losing inches and its so strange to watch yourself become NARROW in the mirror lol BUT YOU WILL PICK UP AGAIN SOON!!!!! YOUR BEAUTIFUL HONEY!!!!!

Lisa, You have done well girl. I am sure I have read that the body weight loss slows down and people hit a stall.. Don't give up you have come to far. I have a membership at Planet Fitness as well. It is a great price for a gym membership compared to other places. Not real fancy but it will work. Good luck and hang in there. Hey losing your butt and belly is great.

First month is shocking with the amount of weight loss, then I stalled, then started loseing again, then stalled, then started loseing again, repeat, repeat repeat. DON'T panic, work on your liquids, I can't do water in the winter, so I found that Crystal Light was the key for me. I don't know what to tell you about Protein, I LOVE my shakes, so it is super easy for me.
