So it takes me a while to listen OK?  LOL

and I am worried about the shoulder :  but I thinks its sore because I went back to
doing exercises I hadn't done in a while :  Infact there are many body parts that are sore

But its Ok :  Like Deb said :  if it comes from exercise its a good sore!

Good Morning Everyone - we have had a busy week so far haven't we?

My three things for this morning:

1.  Clothes that fit they way they're supposed to fit.  I got dressed this morning and said to myself - damn I look good.  I think it's simply because I wasn't wearing clothes that were pulling in one place or snug in another.  I am not sure I can remember the last time I wore something that actually fit like it was supposed to fit.

2.  My ability to avoid a panic.  I forgot to take out of the refridgerator this morning what I was going to have for lunch.  Being on Mushies still my choices are limited.  But I remembered I could run up to Giant and get some ff ricotta cheese.  Add a little cinnamon and splenda (already in the office) and lunch will be dessert - how cool is that?

3.  Sleep - not getting enough of it as I always seem to be tired.  I think Tia wrote earlier that this not eating is exhausting and man she's right.  But I am loving the time I am sleeping - I think I am sleeping better in the last couple of days and that's good.

Hope everyone has a safe, happy and healthy Wednesday.

Morning Russ!

I love your 3 things - it's nice to watch you experience the positives!!  There will be many more, too!

Actually, it's pretty normal at this point in your surgery to be tired.  Just make sure you're eating your protein, drinking enough and taking your vits.  The cold, sleepy weather aside, your fatigue will eventually pass.

Have a great day!

Hugs,

Tia

Thanks Tia for all the support.  I promised myself going into this that I was going to be positive and do everything I can to make this work.  So for the last 3 weeks and one day I've been trying to keep it that way.  As part of that, I keep telling myself the fatigue will pass - and  push through it.  Most times that works and before I know it it will be gone!

Hope you have a great hump day.
