Serious Workout People Respond!

Im lookin for a workout buddy once again. I had one but shes movin away .. I have post on here about this b4 and ppl respond but no one was serious. I really wanna hit a gym and start gettin this weight lost on a move. I feel like im at a still. cuz i go back forth wit 337 and 343...ugh..so plz if u wanna buddy plz hit me back either here or my inbox wit ur number and where u located . I have a car and dnt mind traveling.. thats how serious I am.

i dont live in bmore but am part of the bally's at white marsh. i go there (well not recently) to swim but also could do other stuff if i was w/ someone else. you could also join my challenge in my siggy and meet other people trying to get their exercise on. good luck :)

I work out 4-5 x's a week and go to the gym at least 3 x's a week. Where do you work out?

I go to Planet Fitness on Merritt Blvd in Dundalk every day at 1:30, if anyone would like to join me.

I goto Golds in Brooklyn park or Marley station mall in Glen Burnie almost every week day after work. We usually do spin class on Tues nights then Zumba on Wed nights and Thurs is body pump or just cardio machines. Then every sat morn I goto Body pump class which is a hr long class you pick how much weight you want on your bar and you work every part of your body, Its really good for toning and tighting for all the weight we are losing. They suggested I do that one once or twice a week. I am going this Sat if you want to come down and try out my gym. I have a guest pass for a free week if you want to try it out. Let me know I would love for you to join me!
