Better late than never - lol - I started today doing my workout on the treadmill.  I was wondering how everyone else is doing?  Keeping up so far with the challenge?

i was good yesterday, trainer, cardio and airport walking
sunday i walked in the airport a lot
saturday was wedding dancing.... lots of cardio there....
friday i did airport walking...


today i will be lazy.  normally tuesday is a yoga day.

I have done 30 mins of the treadmill and 30 mins on the wii everyday since the first. Feeling really good and back on track.
YESTERDAY IS HISTORY....
TOMORROW IS A MYSTERY....

Well, I am not going to make the 30 in 30 challenge - my heal doesn't like me working out everyday.  However, I have been and will continue to work out 4-5 times a week on the treadmill for at least 1/2 hour.  I will be going to Can****his Saturday and have already packed workout clothes since there is a gym.    Pam

I think the point of the 30 in 30 challenge is to get people moving and motivated.  YAY you!  Have a ball in Cancun and congrats on packing your workout clothes!!!!  Talk to you when you get back.  Have fun!!!

i am doing ok but not great. i need to step it up honestly. still eating way to much so this morning i started w/ a shake and am going to spend some time knowing what hunger feels like LOL. i post daily to that board so you can put your updates there. that is why i don't post on the md board. glad you started. all that matters is that you started. :)

go to the 30 day challenge board and click the discussion link on the right hand side. i post each day there so people can say what they did or plan to do. you can click the link right in my siggy to get to the board.
