 Anyone from Frederick or northern Montgomery County?  Im pre-op and could sure use a local "sponsor" of sorts.

 HAHA!  Its actually my parents home- they JUST completed a year long renovation of the entire first floor and that kitchen is part of the new house.  Its GORGEOUS and I love cooking in there!  

Thanks for the welcome!  Im hoping to find someone to meet up with to work out, help me with making proper food choices at the store post-op and for socialization too!  If anyone is looking for a buddy, let me know!

 I'm from western-most Howard County; about 25 miles from Frederick and 2 months out from RNY at University of Maryland Hospital with Dr. Kligman.  I would be interested in "sponsoring" you to what degree I can.

 Awesome Phyllis!  Congrats on your surgery!  Im not sure what Ill need the most help with, but I know at least someone to help me stay accountable for the right diet and exercise would be great!
