Okay, evil cookies be gone!  Sheesh!

Hey Kris -

I love chai tea - have you ever tried using a vanilla protein shake in them as a creamer?  YUM-O!  And the chai hides the protein taste!

Hi Tia,

My sister, Kim, found this recipe somewhere.  I don't use all of the spices... don't really like them.  Can make using spices to suit your taste.  I think I am able to drink this because it's basically made with water (as opposed to a lot of the milk-based ones).

1.5 cups   non-fat powdered milk
6 scoops   vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup   instant unsweet tea mix
3/4 cup   Splenda
1T.   chai spice mix - (or use half cinnamon and half ground ginger)
1t.   ground cloves
1t.   cardamon
Mix all dry ingredients in bowl until well blended. Add 1/2 cup of mixture to mug and add either splash of cold milk or water -- stir to create smooth paste (so you don't get lumpy protein powder). Add 8oz ho****er and mix well. You can top with Light Redi Whip and a sprinkle of chai spice or drink it naked. (The drink is naked, not you.) Recipe makes 7 half-cup servings. Calculation below is without the "splash of milk" when you're mixing the tea. If you use RediWhip -- it adds about 20 calories.

B - greek yogurt w/baked apples
L - bean soup and 5 pretzels
S - TJs cranberry butter cookies (but yum!)
S - dried figs
D - homemade chicken pot pie

74 oz. fluids, 71g protein, all my vits

Today:

Pre-B: Chai Latte
Brunch - TJs chicken, avacado, and goat cheese salad
               2 choc chip cookies
S - greek yogurt protein shake (in the car)
S - protein bar (in the car)
D - salmon w/mixed veggies
