Okay, a new week, a new year, a fresh start!!!!
I'm only going to post what I've got planned for today since I'd like to pretty much forget the past 10 days!! Actually, it really wasn't all that bad, especially when compared to pre-op life!

Greek yogurt with granola
L - Shrimp salad
Cucumbers
Triscuits
D - Greek salad
Beer
All my vits, all my fluids!

L- tilapia, mixed veggies
S- protein drink
D- Shrimp & string beans
