Okay, a new week, a new year, a fresh start!!!!

I'm only going to post what I've got planned for today since I'd like to pretty much forget the past 10 days!!  Actually, it really wasn't all that bad, especially when compared to pre-op life!

Today:

B - Protein coffee
      Greek yogurt with granola

L - Shrimp salad
      Cucumbers
      Triscuits

D - Greek salad
       Beer

All my vits, all my fluids!

Ha!  You are not the only one who wants to forget the past 2 weeks.  lol

Today I plan to get back on track. 

B-1 wheat toast with cream cheese 1/2 of banana
1 cup of coffee

S- protein drink

L- tilapia, mixed veggies

S- protein drink

D- Shrimp & string beans

Okay fine...I'll do my planned one as well, although it hasn't been all that bad really!

Today:

Pre-B:  caramel truffle tea latte
B:  greek yogurt w/baked apples
L:  homemade bean soup
S :  Protein bar
D:  homemade chicken pot pie.....had that last night too and it is YUMMO!!!
