does this happen to you?

Happy New Year everyone!

For the last few weeks or so I've had this dull aching in my stomach.  I don't feel sick or anything like that and I notice it mostly when I wake up in the monring when I'm laying flat.  I usually feel it most when I take a breath or when I drink something.  The last few days it's been a little more noticable through out the day... it almost feels like something is stuck, but it's very dull.  I'm certainly going to talk to my doctor about it, but I just wondered if anyone else has felt like this.  I'm wondering if it's gall bladder related.

Thanks!

Hey honey I too have that right now and that is why I have to get a cat scan tomorrow morning. My friend Carol who also had RNY had that and it was a hernia. She would have never guessed that. I dont think I have a hernia I think mine is a kidney stone trying to drop or gall stones. Are you doing okay as far as the bathroom? I recall at 6 months out I wasnt regular and that pain in my stomach especially when I would lay flat was almost unbearable. I am glad you will be going to the Docs because we cant play around with stuff like that. Keep us posted and let me know if you need anything honey.

Happy New Year!!

I have no idea what it could be, but anything not "right" needs to be discussed!  and if it feels like ANY type of pain, it should be discussed!

Good Luck!!
Keep us posted on what it is...

Thanks Jilly... I'll call my doc this week.  I'm glad your gall bladder tests were easy!!!  It's always scary when you don't know what to expect.  I hope your results are good and you get the answers you were looking for.
