I think your name should be spelled Jewele, because you are a jewel. You are a kind, encouraging, generous, non judgmental girl. You answer anyone and every ones post with sweet, up lifting words that makes us feel like we are all your friend! It's amazing how you have a real concern and open heart for all who know you in person or who know you in words! Even though 2009 was a very trying and emotionally draining year for you, you always had time for the board, and all those in need of advice or just a simple hello! May 2010 be the year of and for Jewel. May this year bring peace and health to your entire family. Leslie, Thanks for the kind words. I try very hard to keep upbeat and positive even though at times I feel like sitting on the floor and crying. I have been judged for so long and I try hard not to judge others. When I came to this board I was out to learn all I could about WLS. I have learned so much and have found some great people here. I try not to be on any ones side and I try to treat everyone equal. That is how my Mom raised me. At times I feel sad to see the divison on the board but I can not change what has happened in the past between others. I just hope that we all can get along and realize life is so short. I truly appreciate the support and encouragement I have got here. I also want to say thanks for thoughts and prayers for my Mom and family.

This has indeed been a hard year for me. It is so hard to watch a loved one suffering and see their life slowly slipping away. It is heartbreaking as I am sure many of you might know. If not get prepared because the time will come and it wil hurt so badly.

You can bet if I hit Mega Millions there are so many here I would help and I would enjoy every minute of it too.

I wish for all peace, health, love and kindness for 2010. I hope all can learn to forgive and forget and show compassion for each other. After all isn't this board for support and encouragement?
